Gantry manipulator

Ball screw module

Xiji offers a wide range of different linear modules. We manufacture all modules to meet our customers’ requested stroke length and specification. Our linear modules are built to be driven by belt or ball screw. They have a repeat accuracy of +/-0.05mm with belt and +/-0.01mm with ball screw.

Gantry manipulator

The gantry robot, also known as the truss manipulator , can move linearly along the X, Y, and Z axes. It is equipped with an actuator at its end and can perform tasks such as handling, assembly, and welding. Xiji  truss manipulator has features such as high rigidity, large load capacity, ease of maintenance, and relatively lower cost compared to the articulated robotic arm.

Closed-type robot track

The closed robot track (the seventh axis) has the advantages of strong protection, stable accuracy, long service life, high safety, and low maintenance requirements. It is particularly suitable for harsh working conditions such as welding, spraying, and casting, which involve high levels of dust, splashing, and oil contamination.
