What is a truss robot?


Truss robots possess integrated processing capabilities and can effectively solve many problems on the production line, such as rapid loading and unloading, workpiece turnover, manufacturing, and so on.


It is a rectangular coordinate robot. It is a fully automatic industrial equipment based on the rectangular X, Y, Z coordinate system, which can adjust the position of the items or realize the trajectory movement of the items. The XIji gantry robot can carry fixtures and workpieces to complete various operations. It is fast, has high precision, and has good dust-proof and anti-contamination performance.

Cantilever-type three-axis truss manipulator

The cantilever-type three-axis truss manipulator is a fully automatic industrial equipment based on the right-angle X, Y, and Z coordinate system. It is capable of adjusting the working position of the workpiece or enabling the workpiece to perform trajectory movement functions.

Gantry truss manipulator

The gantry-type truss manipulator is commonly used for handling large workpieces (such as car cylinder blocks, molds, and plates), as well as for heavy-load transportation and stacking. It can achieve multi-station linkage and high-precision assembly.

Inverted truss robot

The mechanical arm is hung on top of the truss mechanical arm and then operates downward. It does not occupy the ground, has a large span, saves space, and is suitable for the entire line automation of dense production lines.
